MINIMUM ORDERS

Pouch minimum order: New customers 200 pieces per color. Reorders 300 pieces per color. Sizes can be mixed to meet minimums.

Pouch order multiple per style: 50 pieces

Pouch box minimum order and order multiple: 100 pieces

QUANTITY DISCOUNTS PER SIZE

75 pieces of a size: 6%

150 pieces of a size: 12%

500 pieces of a size: 16%

1000 pieces of a size: 20%

2500+ pieces: call 800-828-2163 for pricing

POUCH DIVIDERS

The interiors of pouches can be sewn into two compartments to separate and protect multiple pieces of jewelry. Dividers add 25% to the cost of a pouch.

MANUFACTURING LEAD TIMES

30-45 days for normal orders, 21 days for "rush orders" (+25% surcharge), with exception based on component availability.

BRANDING

Hot stamping and blind embossing: $0.25 per pouch; 1000+ pieces $0.18 per pouch. Tooling is $100 per print size.

Silk screening: $0.50 per pouch; 1000+ pieces $0.38 per pouch. Tooling is $100 per print size (sometimes 2 sizes will fit on 1 tool)

SAMPLING

Some clients like to see samples before ordering, and we're happy to send them to you. In this case, click "Contact" in the above menu and send us a listing of the fabrics, colors and sizes you'd like to see. Be sure to include your address. Samples are generic in nature, and we'll probably not be able to satisfy every specific color combination (Shrimp Charisma with a black satin ribbon with gold stamping, for example). Generally, we'll send you enough products to enable you to make a decision.

Custom samples - specific fabric, color, size, string and branded with your logo - are available at the cost of $175 each (99% of clients don't find this necessary). $100 of this is refundable if you ultimately place an order.
