OVERLOCK STITCH FLAP POUCHES

Flap pouches have become very popular with jewelers over the past couple of years, due to their sleek shape and more affordable prices. We sew two versions of these pouches; this one features a decorative, overlock stitch on the outer edges. We sew an extra "Magic Stitch" at the top of these pouches to keep them closed and your jewelry secure. No need for snaps, ties or duct tape to keep these pouches closed!

These pouches are available in any of our fabrics except Linea and Integrity and can be branded in any of our branding types (silk screening, hot stamping, debossing and heat transferring).

Minimum Orders and Order Multiples

Pouches: Minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per color. Sizes can be mixed to meet this minimum. Order multiple per size is 50 pieces.

Boxes: Order multiple per size is 100 pieces per size.

​

Lead Times

Lead times are usually between 30 and 45 days.

​

Branding

Hot stamping and blind embossing: $0.25 per pouch; 1000+ pieces $0.18 per pouch.

​

Silk screening: $0.50 per pouch; 1000+ pieces $0.38 per pouch

​

Heat transferring: Heat transferring labels must be purchased in 1000 piece lots ($250). The charge to heat transfer these on pouches of any order size is $0.75 each.

​

Tooling costs: Hot stamping plates, blind embossing plates and silk screens cost $100 for each tool size, and are reusable

1000 pieces: 20%

2500 pieces: 24%

Pouch Snaps

Pouch snaps are $0.30 per pouch. Colors: gloss white, gloss black, matte black, carbon gray, nickel, brass and antique brass.

 

Pouch Ties

Matching pouch ties are $0.30 per pouch.

Compartment (Earring) Dividers

The interiors of pouches can be sewn with a divider to create front and back compartments to separate and protect multiple pieces of jewelry. Dividers add 25% to the pouch price.
